You begin with an introductory meditation online, in the comfort of your home. It is a meditation (one and a half hours) by Hayehwatha, Cosmic Soul, through the Medium Andrée. Afterwards you are encouraged to write your experience and join our Private Facebook Groups to discuss your experiences and hear what others are saying.
Additional Classes and Events
After taking the Introductory Class you will have the opportunity for additional meditations online and workshops offered in Mount Shasta.
The online meditations and in-residence workshops can be individual or customized for groups based on a particular interest you may wish to explore in our universe and beyond.
This is where the fun begins. Whether you are a scientist, teacher, student, spiritual seeker, representing a world tradition, or just you, there is so much to explore and experience.

“I sought training from Andrée because she is a master at training individuals and groups on how to meditate. I had never received any training before and wanted to make sure that I was learning from the best. I didn’t want to start any bad habits that needed to be broken later. Andrée is so patient and is very helpful in guiding her students in meditation.
I was a bit worried about the Hayehwatha guided meditation because up until that moment, I had only meditated for about 15 minutes tops. The meditation was so peaceful and so picturesque (for those of us who are visual), that I actually had no problem going well over an hour.
It was hard for me to put into words what I actually “got” from the meditation at the end of the session when comments were solicited, however, immediately afterwards as well as weeks and months later I found I was much more at peace and not anxious or depressed as I had experienced on an ongoing basis.”
